ARCHIVE SALE - RETURNS POLICY

Archive Sale Items Return Policy:

Please note that all items purchased from our Archive Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@Houseofquinn.co.uk with a description and photo of the damage. We will be happy to assist you to review your case.

International Shipping update - 2024

In line with recent changes to shipping regulations affecting deliveries to the EU we must inform customers that any duties, customs charges and taxes may be charged within your destination country and payable by the customer. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to inform you of what these charges may be at checkout. for more information on your home country charges please refer to your local government's websites.

As a small, independently run business it has been incredibly hard to find solutions to ensure that we can carry on selling to our wonderful EU customers. We are trying to keep up with the changes to regulations, but we must admit that our government have not made this easy and we apologise for any confusion. Please bear with us while we get our heads around the situation and hopefully, in the near future we will have a better solution for you.

If you would like to make a purchase and you are based outside of the UK please do contact us and we will endeavour to help you. We welcome all the support and purchases from our customers and we value your patience and understanding.

Return Policy

Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our small independent business and purchasing our handmade works of art. We strive to accurately represent our artwork online to ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return is necessary. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Contact Requirement:

If you find any issues with your artwork upon receipt, we kindly request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and initiate the return process if necessary.

Return Timeframe:

Once you have informed us of the return, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. We advise using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return delivery. Please note that items returned beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If the artwork meets our return criteria, we will proceed with issuing a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed from the date we receive the returned items.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the artwork shows signs of damage or misuse.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • All monies received will be returned to you, minus the outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving goods back. Please keep all records or your return so you can provide provide proof of return if requested.

Exchanges and Store Credit:

In addition to refunds, we may offer exchanges or store credit as alternatives. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Shipping and handling

We endeavour to ship all orders within a couple of days from the date of purchase. But our order completion guide would be 1 - 5 days. 

Any product which is made to order can take 10 - 14 days before shipping

If you have any urgent requests please add a note to your order, which can be done in the checkout section. Or you can email us to ask for advice. 

As a guide, we recommend The following delivery times, but cannot guarantee the delivery duration. 

UK 1 - 5 days from shipping 

USA 7 - 14 days from shipping 

Europe - 5 - 10 days from shipping 

Rest of the world - 7 - 14 days from shipping

All shipping options come with a degree of delivery protection based on the size and value of your order. Any items that have been shipped and may have been lost or undelivered by the postal service used in your country, region or city are unfortunately not the liability of the House of Quinn. Due to confidentiality reasons, the recipient of the delivery, if lost or undelivered must attempt to make the claim with their local delivery company. Proof that the claim has been made, or proof of the return of the item can be sent to us to review the terms of your order and in doing so any relevant refunds can be made**

Payment

All products remain the House of Quinn's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through House of Quinn website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

HOUSE OF QUINN - Art PRINT COLLECTIONS

House of Quinn runs regular collections throughout the year. Our art print collections are currently made to order. Once your order is placed the print can take 10 - 15 days before shipping to your address. Please take this into consideration. This is to ensure the quality and manufacture of your personal order is to the best standard.

Any issues with an order will be communicated to you as soon as possible. This does not change any of your rites to return the item if you so wish.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
