Artwork & Quilt Commissions

At House of Quinn, I work with clients to create original artworks and contemporary quilts for homes and interiors. Commissioning a piece is a collaborative process, offering the opportunity to work closely together and to include colours, materials, or references that hold personal meaning.

Bespoke Textile Works for Interiors

Alongside artwork and quilt commissions, I work with interior designers and clients to create bespoke textile works for residential and commercial spaces. These pieces are often developed in response to a specific setting, considering scale, architecture, and atmosphere, and may take the form of wall-mounted textile artworks, large-scale quilts, or site-specific installations.

Recent projects have included commissioned textile works for hotels and hospitality environments, where material choice, durability, and visual clarity are carefully balanced.

HOW TO COMMISSION WORK

Commissioning a piece with House of Quinn is a collaborative process. I work closely with each client to create work that reflects my personal approach, while responding to your space, preferences, and points of reference. Past works, colour, material, or personal inspirations can all form part of the conversation, with guidance offered at each stage to ensure the final piece feels considered and resolved.

PROCESS

Initial Enquiry - Begin by completing the commission enquiry form below, including details such as intended location, scale, any relevant references, and an indicative budget.

Consultation - Following your enquiry, I’ll be in touch to discuss the project in more detail. Where helpful, this may include a call or meeting to talk through ideas, context, and practical considerations.

Proposal & Quote - A detailed proposal and quote will be provided, outlining materials, timelines, and costs. A 50% deposit is required at this stage to secure the commission.

Design & Approval - Initial designs are developed and shared for feedback and approval. This stage allows for refinement before moving into production.

Creation - Once designs are approved, the piece is made, with progress updates shared throughout the making process.
