PRESS Loan Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in borrowing our work. As a small business, we aim to make loans straightforward while ensuring our items are handled with care. By proceeding with your request, you agree to the following terms:
Lead TimES
Loan requests must be submitted at least at least two weeks in advance to allow for preparation and shipment. We appreciate the need for a quick turn around so shorter timelines can be accommodated.
Delivery Details
A complete, accurate delivery address must be provided at least 3 days before dispatch.
Deliveries must be made to a commercial address or a secure location where someone can receive them during standard delivery hours. This is non-negotiable. We cannot have couriers leave items unattended (e.g., on doorsteps or safe places if they are not secure).
Delivery and Handling
Shipping costs are to be covered by the borrower unless otherwise agreed upon.
Responsibility
The borrower is fully responsible for the care and safe return of the loaned items. Any damage or loss will result in repair or replacement costs, which will be billed to the borrower.
Return Process
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 3 days after the shoot, using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Collaboration Terms
We ask that all borrowed items be credited appropriately in published materials.
By requesting a loan, you confirm your agreement to these terms. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denying future loan requests and we will invoice for loss, damages or loss of business expenses.
