Solstice - The solstice quilt is a large patchworked and applique quilt made from cotton and linen remnants. Hand-painted elements have been collaged and arranged across a large, abstract checkerboard-panelled background.

• Materials - Irish linen, reclaimed cotton, hand-painted fabrics.

• Process - This piece has been hand-painted and patchworked together before being hand-quilted and finished.

• A hanging sleeve has been attached to the back ready to hang your quilt over a dowel. It can be removed if you prefer to use it as a quilt.
